Three men accused of burglary, causing damage to property and common assault linked to a protest are set to go to trial.
Istasham Ali, of Luton Street, Halifax, Shaheeb Aziz of Kilpin Lane, Dewsbury and Michael Rabb, of Bolder, Colorado in the US all pleaded not guilty to the charges at Minshull Street Crown Court.
Ali, 31, stands trial for burglary, destroying property and common assault while Aziz, 38, stands trial for burglary and property damage and Rabb, 75, for criminal damage.
The trio are alleged to be linked to a protest on June 21 last year at Cairo House in Oldham.
The protesters are said to have got in with a sledgehammer and trashed windows and property.
Red paint was poured inside and outside, and on a man inside the building.
Judge HJH Potter allowed the men time to gather defence statements and expert reports and set a date for a pre-trial review of October 24, with a five day trial commencing on November 21.
All three men were given unconditional bail until the trial. Ali and Aziz will be represented by Mira Hammad and Rabb is representing himself.
Members of Manchester Palestine Solidarity Campaign protested outside the court during and following the hearing.
