Protest expected to cause traffic disruption in Nottingham city centre this weekend

Traffic could be disrupted across the city as a protest takes place.

From 11am on Saturday, July 25, the cycle protest will start from Sneinton Market.

Nottingham City Council has released a list of roads which could be impacted by the event.

The roads include:

Lower Parliament Street

Upper Parliament Street

Maid Marian Way

Canal Street

Bath Street

No further information has been provided about the protest.

Work on the removal of a crane in Collins Street, which will begin at 10pm on Friday, July 25 and continue until the early hours of Monday, July 27, will also cause disruption with road closures and bus diversions.
