There's no doubt those behind the site have seen everything from the best Northern Ireland has to offer...
And heading into the weekend, the admin behind their Twitter page shared a thread of the hilarious "weird" things that have ended up on the site.
They said: "Ok, right. I'm starting a thread of 'Weird things I've found on PropertyPal' because there are so many and they all deserve to be honoured."
They uncovered everything from fighting dogs to what appears to be a raging fire in East Belfast... that somehow found themselves as part of galleries of photos of homes on the market.
