A waterfront reserve property in Murrays Beach with "wow factor" is expected to set a new sale precedence for the tranquil, lakeside suburb.
Belle Property Charlestown's Neil Fry launched the five-bedroom, five-bathroom home at 21 Nine Acres Way on July 8 with a guide of $1.58 million to $1.68 million.
According to Australian Property Monitors data, the highest house sale in Murrays Beach is $1.325 million paid for a four-bedroom, three-bathroom waterfront reserve property in Lake Point Road in April of 2018.
Mr Fry told the Newcastle Herald there had been an "extraordinary" number of Sydney enquiries for the Nine Acres Way property with the majority of buyers looking for a holiday home. He said interest had also come from as far as London.
The luxury two-storey home is set on 1284 square metres of waterfront reserve land and has been designed to take full advantage of the lake views on offer. It is open for inspection Saturday at midday.
