Property firm JLL promotes three to senior roles

A trio of recruits who joined real estate company JLL from university have been promoted to senior positions.

Edinburgh-based Freya Pottinger has been promoted to senior planning consultant while office colleague Geoff Ferguson, a specialist in affordable housing, becomes a senior surveyor. Glasgow-based Conor Doherty becomes a senior surveyor in the firm’s valuation advisory team.

The trio have each been with JLL for over five years, having joined the business via the firm’s graduate scheme and completing their professional exams through either the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or the Royal Town Planning Institute.

Alasdair Humphery, lead director for JLL in Scotland, said: “These promotions are thoroughly well deserved and have been achieved as all three are now effectively operating in new, more senior roles as a result of delivering a consistently impressive service for our clients.

"I’m proud to see that all three have chosen to learn, become professionally qualified and continue to develop their careers here at JLL.”

In Scotland, JLL employs around 120 members of staff in its two offices, acting on some of the largest property schemes in the country.
