Property consultant Ryden has appointed Charlotte Ballantyne as a planning and research associate in Edinburgh.
The University of Edinburgh graduate moves from Lambert Smith Hampton's office in the city after eight years there.

Ballantyne, who was previously at DTZ and Jura Consultants, has 15 years' experience of property consultancy and business development, including property research, market analysis and public sector projects.
She brings experience of helping companies switch from traditional to digital and automated practices using PropTech.
Ryden Planning & Research helps private clients and government decision-makers deliver strategies and projects, advising on policy formulation and delivery. The firm has more than 100 staff at offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Leeds, London and Manchester.
