Property consultancy Bidwells has appointed Nicola Beaumont as a partner to work in its energy and renewables team.
Beaumont will be based at the firm's headquarters in Perth where she will work on land transactions and project management within energy, renewables and infrastructure.
An RICS qualified surveyor, Beaumont has 20 years' experience in acquisition, project, estate and asset management.
She joins the firm which has nine offices across the UK from RES Group where she was a senior property manager.
The firm said it it is an exciting time for the renewables sector as governments re-focus on delivering ambitious emissions targets and so the call for renewables has never been louder.
Beaumont said: “For me, this is a compelling opportunity to join an established yet still ambitious renewables team within a reputable property consultancy who share my vision of immediate and longer-term ventures amongst developers and landowners.
