The Arizona Cardinals will look to turn over a new offensive leaf in the 2019 NFL season. Last season, the Cardinals offense ranked last in almost every statistical category, but with a new coach in Kliff Kingsbury and the new cornerstone of the franchise in rookie quarterback Kyler Murray, the Cardinals are looking toward a much more optimistic future than many would have pondered. How will these pieces do in a possibly more invigorated offensive? Let’s take a look at some projections for some notable players on the Arizona Cardinals offense for the 2019 NFL season.
Kyler Murray

2018 Stats: N/A
2019 projections: 3,651 passing yards, 23 passing TDs, 11 interceptions, 568 rushing yards, 4 rushing TDs
Kyler Murray was drafted to be a dynamic, immediate game-changer for the franchise. As electrifying of a prospect as he will be, the adjustment of the NFL life will be a true trial by fire. Murray’s natural talent should be enough for him to put up some respectable rookie numbers.
Christian Kirk

2018 stats: 43 receptions, 590 receiving yards, 3 TDs
2019 projections: 64 receptions, 877 receiving yards, 6 TDs
Best used as a deep threat, Christian Kirk showed some promise despite the inefficient passing game last year. This year will show if he has developed a more expansive route tree and if he has, he could be primed to have a huge season.
Larry Fitzgerald

2018 stats: 69 receptions, 734 receiving yards, 6 TDs
2019 projections: 67 receptions, 811 receiving yards, 9 TDs
The consummate professional himself, Larry Fitzgerald’s possible swan song season should see him serve well as a great security blanket for Kyler Murray. With a more capable quarterback and offensive scheme, Fitzgerald should be the red-zone threat that he should’ve been last season.
David Johnson

2018 stats: 940 rushing yards, 3.6 YPC(yards per carry), 7 rushing TDs, 50 receptions, 446 receiving yards, 3 receiving TDs
2019 projections: 1,221 rushing yards, 9 TDs, 4.6 YPC, 9 TDs, 701 receiving yards, 6 receiving TDs, 71 receptions
A breakout running back in 2016 before a season-ending injury in 2017, David Johnson is definitely poised for a huge bounce-back season. The projections see him as returning to his status as a star asset in the passing game.
The rest of the group

Andy Isabella: 18 receptions, 140 yards
Hakeem Butler: 29 receptions, 240 yards, 1 receiving TD
Chase Edmonds: 191 rushing yards, 18 receptions, 109 receiving yards
Ricky Seals-Jones: 26 receptions, 288 receiving yards, 3 receiving TDs
