Project Pabst Music Festival Returns After Seven-Year Hiatus

Grammys pay tribute to victims of music festival massacre

Project Pabst, the popular music festival, is making a comeback after a seven-year break. The festival is being revived as Pabst Blue Ribbon commemorates its 180th anniversary. Project Pabst, which had a successful run from 2014 to 2017, is set to return to Portland, OR, this summer due to high demand from fans.

The decision to bring back Project Pabst was fueled by conversations with the brand's distribution partner in the Pacific Northwest, Columbia Dist. The festival is scheduled to take place at Waterfront Park on July 27 and 28, featuring a diverse lineup of artists including Billy Idol, T-Pain, Big Thief, Violent Femmes, and more. Tickets for the 21+ event are now on sale, with pre-sale tickets starting at $99 and general on-sale tickets at $115.

Aside from Project Pabst, Pabst Blue Ribbon is also gearing up to celebrate its 180th anniversary with special packaging and marketing initiatives later in the year. The brand's commitment to staying true to its roots and engaging with its loyal fan base has contributed to its continued relevance and growth.

Pabst's marketing director emphasized the brand's connection with its fans, highlighting the importance of authenticity and creativity in maintaining consumer interest. Through social media engagement and innovative projects, Pabst aims to both retain its existing audience and attract new consumers.

With a strong following and a focus on authenticity, Pabst Blue Ribbon remains a beloved American icon that resonates with people across generations. The brand's dedication to its fans and commitment to delivering quality products have been key factors in its sustained success and growth.
