Police in Wishaw have issued an appeal for information after two youths allegedly threatened a man with a knife inside a shop.
Officers are appealing for witnesses in relation to the incident at the Smartways store in Coltness Road on Thursday, July 1.
At around 8pm on the date in question, two male youths aged between 12 and 15 entered the shop and allegedly produced a knife to a 30-year-old man within the store.
The teenagers then made threats to damage the store before making off.
One youth is described as 5ft tall wearing a grey hoody while the other is 5ft 2ins wearing a black hoodie with a white stripe down the arms.
Police are asking the community to review any dash cams/CCTV that may have captured the people involved.
Sgt Jim Mutter, from Wishaw Police Office, added: “I am also appealing to the local community who may have an idea of who was responsible to come forward.”
