A police investigation has been launched after a young man masturbated in front of a horrified woman on a train to Scotland.
The woman had been travelling on the service between London Kings Cross in Newcastle to Edinburgh Waverley on March 10 when the teen male sat opposite her at 2.28pm. Shortly after, between 5.50pm and 7.30pm, she saw the other passenger masturbating.
He proceeded to get off the train at Edinburgh. Officers from British Transport Police have launched an investigation into the incident and have urged any witnesses to come forward.
The male is described as between 17 and 18-years-old, 6ft, of a proportionate build and with sandy coloured hair that is shaved at the sides and longer on top. He was wearing a multi-coloured patterned, 90’s style, bomber jacket with a black across the shoulders, a bright purple t-shirt and loose-fitting blue jeans.
