A probe has been launched after a woman was found dead in a home in a Scots town.
Cops and forensics officers were seen on Glenlyon Place in Leven, Fife last night.
It has now emerged a 34-year-old woman was found dead at the scene.
Police will investigate but a spokeswoman said that the death was not being treated as suspicious.
She said: "Around 5.20pm on Monday, 3 August, officers were called to an address on Glenlyon Place, Leven.
"A 34 year-old woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
"Police enquiries are ongoing, however the death is not being treated as suspicious. A full report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal."
