PRO-PALESTINE activists have staged a sit down protest at the office of a company linked to Israel’s biggest weapons manufacturer.
Activists gathered at Keysight Technologies’ building in Lochside Place, Edinburgh at around 6.30am on Thursday morning.
Activists have previously said Keysight Technologies provide electronic components to UAV Tactical, a subsidiary of Elbit, Israel’s weapons manufacturer.
Images show dozens on the steps outside of the offices, with one sign reading: "Keysight, Elbit, stop arming Israel."
After the protest concluded at around 10.30am, one activist said: "Police were in attendance and closed off that part of the business park, turning away any workers that arrived for work.
"It was essentially a mass sit down of around 200 demonstrators with a view to stopping workers entering the building (peacefully) which ran as intended and without incident."
Keysight is a US company which manufactures electronic test and measurement equipment and software.
The Edinburgh site has previously been targeted by Palestine Action, where protesters smashed windows and covered the premises in red paint.
Police Scotland officers are also in attendance.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 6.40am on Thursday, 31 July, 2025, we received a report that a group of protesters had gathered in the Lochside Place area in Edinburgh. "Officers are in attendance."
Keysight Technologies have been contacted for comment.
