Privileged darshan for aged, physically-challenged at Tirumala from April 9

The privileged darshan facility for the aged and physically-challenged devotees will be resumed at the temple of Lord Venkateswara here from April 9.

The darshan tokens under the system will be made available online from 11 a.m. on April 8.

The TTD which resumed the other darshan facilities like Special Entry, Sarva Darshan and Arjitha Sevas in a phased manner at the hill shrine, on Thursday resolved to release the privileged darshan tokens online for the entire month at the rate of 1,000 tokens a day.

Devotees will be allowed for darshan at 10 a.m. every day except on Fridays when they will be permitted at 3 p.m.
