A classic 1967 Mini left in a garage for 52 years after its owner flunked her driving test is up for sale.
The vehicle has only 271 miles on the clock and still has its original plastic seat covers.
It also has seat belts, which were only available as an optional extra in the 1960s, and the engine works perfectly.
A Mrs Jones bought the Mk1 Morris Minor-Mini Super De Luxe but when she failed her test she never used it again.
It is being sold by Woodham Mortimer classic car specialists in Maldon, Essex, and is expected to fetch tens of thousands of pounds.
Painted in Old English White with a red interior, it has attracted interest from around the globe.
Woodham Mortimer’s Jean Marc Gales said: “This is a truly unique example of the iconic Mini.
“It must be the world’s most original example of Britain’s most-loved classic car.”
