Princess Beatrice appeared to send a clear message of loyalty to her father, Prince Andrew, as she was seen visiting him at the Royal Lodge amid renewed public attention on his ties to Jeffrey Epstein. The visit comes just days after the disgraced royal announced that he would no longer use his Duke of York title, following mounting scrutiny over his past associations.
Beatrice, 36, was photographed arriving in her car at her father’s residence, her appearance and demeanor drawing attention from royal watchers and body language experts alike. According to body language specialist Judi James, the Princess’s casual appearance may have been deliberate, signaling emotional support while attempting to appear relaxed under pressure.
“With what looks like a face bare of make-up and with her hair scruffed up into a casual, rickety knot on the top of her head, Beatrice could superficially appear to be signalling some distress here, as though she’s dropped everything to drive to either see and support her mum, dad or both, or to just discuss their current circumstances,” James told The Mirror.

However, James noted that Beatrice’s expression suggested calmness rather than anxiety. “Rather than adopting the body language of tension, Beatrice seems to have swerved the idea of a grave, solemn, and concerned expression or of a more regally stoic poker face here,” she said.
“Her mouth is wide open, and it seems to be in a wide, beaming, teeth-baring smile. The smile also appears to be present in her eye expression, with a crescent shape. This choice of facial expression could be a stab at bravado.” Beatrice’s visit comes at a time when Prince Andrew once again faces public and media scrutiny.
Earlier this month, he issued a statement through Buckingham Palace confirming that, in agreement with King Charles, he would stop using his royal title and honors permanently. The move followed years of fallout from his friendship with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, which forced Andrew to step back from public duties in 2019.

Despite the controversy surrounding her father, Beatrice has remained close to him and continues to be seen as one of the more private members of the royal family. Her visit is being interpreted by some royal observers as a show of unity and personal loyalty at a time when the family remains divided over how to handle Andrew’s legacy.
For now, Princess Beatrice appears to be balancing her devotion to her father with her public image, offering quiet support while navigating the ongoing tensions within the monarchy.
