Princess Beatrice's husband Edoardo seen behind the scenes paying tribute to Queen

Princess Beatrice's husband Edoardo has been spotted in a behind the scenes photo as he paid tribute to the Queen.

The 38-year-old was seen paying his respects in Green Park, London, as he crouched down to look at the flowers and cards laid in tribute to Queen Elizabeth II.

Dressed in a smart black suit, Edoardo was pictured observing the floral display, looking deep in thought along with the other mourners.

He appeared to go unnoticed by members of the public standing nearby as they mourned the loss of the Queen - in pictures taken on Monday afternoon.

Edoardo, the founder of Banda Property which is a property development and interior design company, has one child with Princess Beatrice, the niece of King Charles III.

The couple married in 2020, after knowing each other from childhood, and have a 11-month old named Sienna.

A large tribute site was set up at Green Park to allow members of the public to pay their respects to the former monarch, who died last week at Balmoral, aged 96.

It comes after he shared a beautiful unseen picture of the Queen and her devoted husband Prince Philip on his wedding day, amid a heartfelt tribute shared online.

Edoardo shared the sweet image on his Instagram page to his 100,000 followers.

As well as a tribute to the 96-year-old monarch, Edo shared a number of pictures from the family, including one of the Queen driving as a young woman and another with her beloved corgis.

Another showed the proud monarch in a mint green outfit with her husband arriving for Edoardo's July 2020 wedding to Princess Beatrice, the Queen's granddaughter.

Since her death was announced on Thursday, thousands of people have travelled to Buckingham Palace, Windsor Castle and Balmoral to pay their respects.

Some dedicated royal fans have even camped out days in advanced just to be able to say goodbye to the Queen - as mourners flock from all parts of the country to say goodbye to Her Majesty.

Tributes including teddy bears, Corgi soft toys, balloons and marmalade sandwiches have been left for the former monarch.

Prince William and Prince Harry, alongside Kate, Duchess of Cambridge and Meghan, Duchess of Sussex appeared together to look at tributes for Queen Elizabeth II laid outside Windsor Castle.

They took part in a walkabout to meet with well-wishers outside the Castle who all comforted them and gave the family flowers out of respect to Her Majesty.

A royal source said William, who has since been made Prince of Wales, "thought it was an important show of unity at an incredibly difficult time for the family."

The Sussexes' biographer Omid Scobie tweeted that William had made the decision to invite Harry and Meghan "in the eleventh hour".
