Princess Beatrice and her husband, Edo Mapelli-Mozzi, have already organised a nanny even though the due date for their first child together is still five months away.
This is on top of settling in to their new Oxfordshire home ahead of the baby being born.
The ultra-organised princess has a few months to wait before welcoming her first little one into the world, but she's already hired a £1,000-a-week nanny, reports the Mail.
And 32-year-old Beatrice has also hired a maternity nurse, costing them a further £200 a night.
Coming from the famous Norland agency, Beatrice and Edo's baby will follow in the footsteps of Kate Middleton when it comes to the choice of nanny.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridges' nanny, Maria Teresa Turrion Borrallo trained at Norland College.
She now works for William and Kate full time, looking after Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
Norland College is the most prestigious nanny training school in the whole world and it has provided the royals with staff for many years.
Its curriculum has developed with the times to offer the most up to date academic childcare training courses and the highest practice standards in line with the latest research.
Students at Norland College study for three years to achieve a full BA undergraduate degree in Early Years Development and Learning. The nannies-to-be spend a fourth year undergoing the intense training for the Norland Diploma to help them deal with practical aspects of looking after children.
Despite the nannies' crisp uniforms and dedication to their practical and academic training, the motto for the training college has never changed and is based on love - 'Love never Faileth'.
Norland nannies are not the cheapest.
The starting salary of a full-time Norland nanny is £26,000 a year, which rises to £30,000. This is compared to the salary of a nursery nurse in an ordinary setting, which is around £10,000 to £12,000 a year, according to the Telegraph.
But Princess Beatrice must know that bringing up a royal baby is pretty pricey.
Being able to afford the nanny and nurse will also be down to Beatrice's very successful job as the vice-president of management company, Afiniti.
Buckingham Palace announced in May that Beatrice and Edo are expecting their first baby together after the couple got married last year.
The Palace's statement read: "Her Royal Highness Princess Beatrice and Mr Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi are very pleased to announce that they are expecting a baby in autumn of this year.
"The Queen has been informed and both families are delighted with the news."
The couple tied the knot during the pandemic, meaning less than 20 guests joined them to celebrate.
