New parents Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi gave a sweet nod to the Queen after revealing the adorable name they have selected for their baby.
The new arrival's name is a clear tribute to the Monarch, matching her second cousin Princess Charlotte who also has it as her middle name.
But royal fans now want to knows the significance of Sienna.
Last week Buckingham Palace announced that Beatrice, 33, gave birth to a little girl on Saturday September 18 at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, London.
Earlier today, the pair revealed the name via the royal family's social media pages, sharing a beautiful footprint photo with the new baby's name written in beautiful handwriting below.

The beautiful first name is described on Baby Names as: "Primarily a female name of Italian origin that means Reddish Brown."
According to OK! it could be that the couple have therefore paid tribute to both of their heritages with the names.
Sienna is an Italian name from the Italian city of Siena, in Tuscany and, of course, Edoardo has an Italian heritage.
His father has an ancestral seat is the Villa Mapelli Mozzi in the Bergamo province of Italy.
They announced the new earlier today.
The social media caption reads: "Her Royal Highness Princess Beatrice and Mr Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi have named their daughter Sienna Elizabeth Mapelli Mozzi."
The message also contains a few words from the new parents: "We are all doing well and Wolfie is the best big brother to Sienna."
Edo also shared the picture on his own Instagram account with a sweet message.
He wrote: "Sienna Elizabeth Mapelli Mozzi. Our life together has just begun, and I can’t wait to see all the amazing things that await us.
"Feeling so much love and gratitude for my amazing wife, baby Sienna and Wolfie. These are the days I never want to forget. This week, a friend said to me the sweetest saying….that with every child you grow a whole new heart.
"A massive thank you to the Midwife and the amazing team at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital."
