Amid an increasingly bitter feud between her parents, Princess Andre has opened up about life in the limelight. The 18-year-old, who is an aspiring makeup mogul, lives with her father Peter Andre and his wife Emily Macdonagh in a megamansion in Surrey.
Despite living with her three younger siblings, Princess describes it as calm, compared to her mother Katie Price’s house.

“Dad’s house is a lot quieter, a lot more peaceful, a lot more organised. Whereas my mum’s house is much more just do what you want,” she said in an interview with The Guardian. “I love the two different houses, because if I fancy a bit more chaotic and busy I’ll go to Mum’s and if I fancy more relaxed I’ll go to Dad’s,” she continued.
Princess has lived with Peter Andre since 2018, though from 2015 she lived with her mother in a rundown 19-room Sussex mansion, which was the subject of a Channel 4 show called The Mucky Mansion. The premise of the show was that Price would fix it up into a “forever home”, though Princess does not have fond memories of the house.
“It was a really scary house. A lot went on there. So I didn’t really like it,” she said. “I guess when you have bad experiences somewhere you don’t like the place.”
The house was eventually repossessed and sold last year for £1.15 million – less than Price bought it for.
Princess is the subject of a new four-part ITV documentary, The Princess Diaries, which follows her navigating adulthood. “I do wish that I could have had a more happier childhood,” she admits in one episode.

Despite a tumultuous upbringing, Princess told the Guardian that her parents are now on a more even keel: “Right now, Mum is completely different to how she was four years ago. If we’re talking about the past, yes, my dad was more stable and Mum is naturally more crazy than my dad.”
Katie Price does not feature in the documentary, though she appeared dismissive of the fact on her podcast recently. “I don’t care that I’m not in Princess’s show, I don’t need to raise my profile by being in Princess’s show,” she said.
“I’m proud of her and I just want to be there for her, because I’ve missed out on so much and it’s so not fair to bring Princess in as the piggy in the middle,” she continued.
Peter Andre recently hit out at Price for “baseless accusations”, promising that they would be “dealt with” in the coming months.
