Prince William rescued by police after Mike Tindall's pals carried him onto bus and 'made him drink'

Royal weddings are very formal occasions filled with tradition and protocol.

But as soon as the public part of the celebrations end and the couple wave goodbye to well-wishers, the lucky guests get to enjoy the private evening party.

And reports from recent weddings - including Meghan Markle and Prince Harry , the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank - suggest they're a lot of fun.

Most of the details are kept a secret, but Mike Tindall shared a funny story from his special day - and it involves Prince William.

Speaking to Magic Breakfast's Ronan Keating and Harriet Scott ahead of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's wedding back in May, he explained that all the guests took buses to take them back to the hotel.
