Prince William and Kate Middleton will be coming to Ireland on an official visit next month.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are planning to arrive on Tuesday, March 3, and stay for two days.
Kensington Palace broke the news on Twitter this afternoon.
A tweet said: "The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will undertake an official visit to Ireland between Tuesday 3rd March and Thursday 5th March, at the request of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office."
The British Embassy in Dublin tweeted: "We look forward to welcoming The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge to Ireland next month."
Details of the pair's itinerary have not yet been released.
Meanwhile, William and Kate have joined Prince Charles and Camilla on a rare joint engagement today.
The royals are visiting the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre (DMRC) in Loughborough, England.
They will meet with patients and staff during the visit to the centre for the armed forces.
Kate looked super smart in a very on-theme military style jacket and long skirt while Camilla opted for a green coat, paired with black, suede boots and a hat.
DMRC began treating patients in October 2018, replacing Headley Court in Surrey- a decision made by the Ministry of Defence.
