The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have posted a new snap of themselves looking loved-up as they get set to bring in the New Year.
Kate Middleton and Prince William shared the lovely pic on their social media channels as the UK gets closer to bringing in the bells.
In the pic, which was taken at the James Bond premiere in London back in September, the couple smile for the camera in glamorous outfits and are hand-in-hand.
Alongside the sweet snap, they captioned it: "Wishing everyone a Happy New Year!"
Kate and Wills were joined Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall on the red carpet at the Royal Albert Hall to watch the latest film in the spy franchise.
She looked stunning in a gorgeous custom sparkling gold sequinned Jenny Packham cape gown with Aquazzura heels and wore her hair up off her face to show off her beautiful gold earrings by Onitaa.
And it appears Kate's choice of sparkling dress was a sweet nod to her late mother-in-lawPrincess Diana, who wore an extremely similar style of gown to a Bond screening in 1985.
The Royal family have an exciting year coming up in 2022, with the Queen's Platinum Jubilee in June being the biggest event on the calendar.
The Queen will be 96 by the time the landmark is reached, making her the first sovereign to reign for seven decades.
Buckingham Palace has confirmed Thursday June 2 to Sunday June 5 will see a series of events reflecting HM's time at the helm, after she succeeded her father to the throne in 1952 aged just 25.
She actually took over on February 6, but as that was also the date of King George VI's death, she pushed the celebrations back to the summer.
Kate will also be celebrating her 40th birthday in 2022.
She will celebrate the landmark occasion on Sunday, January 9, and often spends her birthdays in private surrounded by Prince William and their children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
And although it is unclear exactly what her plans are for her birthday next week, one royal expert has claimed it's unlikely she will be throwing a lavish party or visiting a top-end West End restaurant.
In fact, according to royal author Duncan Larcombe, she will celebrate the big day in her usual "low-key" fashion.
Duncan told OK! : "Kate and William are not the sort to go away to celebrate on their own and leave the kids at home.
“I think the same will apply to Kate’s birthday as it does to Christmas - it will be low key and it will be focused entirely on the family.”
