  • The King's official birthday celebrations culminated in the annual Trooping the Colour ceremony and a spectacular Red Arrows fly-past over Buckingham Palace on Saturday.
  • Prince Louis , the youngest child of the Prince and Princess of Wales, was observed eagerly watching the fly-past from a first-floor window alongside his siblings, Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
  • The ceremony featured traditional military pomp on Horse Guards Parade, with the King inspecting over a thousand guardsmen from various regiments and the King’s Colour of the Grenadier Guards being trooped.
  • The Princess of Wales wore a striking blue and white Philip Treacy hat and Catherine Walker outfit, sporting the brooch of the Irish Guards, while the Queen wore a red Fiona Clare dress and a black beret with a white plume.
  • The aerial display included 10 waves of RAF aircraft, culminating in the Red Arrows trailing red, white, and blue smoke, while an anti-monarchist group, Republic, staged a protest outside Buckingham Palace.
