Prince Harry watches wheelchair basketball with Dutch King at Invictus Games

Prince Harry was all smiles as he met Dutch King Willem-Alexander at the Invictus Games.

Pictures from the high-profile sporting event show the royal pair watching the wheelchair basketball final together at The Hague.

Dressed in a dark blue suit, the Duke of Sussex was spotted giving a handshake to the King before heading inside the venue to watch the clash between the Netherlands and the US.

The pair were accompanied by Mart de Kruif, who is chairman of the Invictus Games.

King Willem-Alexander is also expected to attend the closing ceremony of the Games, which takes place late Friday.

It comes as the prince announced the location for the 2025 Invictus Games.

Harry revealed that the future tournament will take place in the cities of Vancouver and Whistler in Canada.

Announcing the location, Harry said: “Ladies and gentlemen, Invictus is heading back to North America and this is a very, very good thing.”

The duke is being followed by a crew for an upcoming Netflix documentary about Invictus.

Harry and his wife Meghan signed a $100m deal with the streaming giant in September 2020, but the pair are yet to produce any content for Netflix.
