Prince Harry to leave Meghan Markle and Archie at home again for second overseas trip since birth

Prince Harry will leave Meghan Markle and his baby son at home as he travels overseas for the second time since becoming a dad.

The Duke of Sussex will fly to Rome to play in the Sentebale Polo Cup at the Roma Polo Club on May 24.

The charity match will help raise funds and awareness for Sentebale, the charity Harry set up with Lesotho's Prince Seeiso in 2006.

It works to help vulnerable children and young people in southern Africa by getting them the support they need to lead healthy and productive lives.

The match will see Harry play on the Sentebale St Regis team, captained by Sentebale Ambassador Nacho Figueras, against a US Polo Assn team that will be captained by Malcolm Borwick.

Harry plays in the competition every year, and last year Meghan was on hand to present the trophy.

The Duke even got a winner's kiss from his wife as she handed over the cup.

Prince William, who is also a keen polo player, has played in the competition in the past.

It's the first time the competition has been help in Italy.

Chief executive Richard Miller said: "We are delighted to be hosting this year’s Sentebale ISPS Handa Polo Cup at Roma Polo Club in Italy, and all of us at Sentebale are enormously grateful for the continued support of our loyal and trusted sponsors in this year’s event.

"Partnerships like these are invaluable to us being able to deliver quality programmes of education, care and psychosocial support to many young people whose lives have been affected by the HIV epidemic in southern Africa."

Kate Middleton and Prince William to meet nephew Baby Archie for first time tomorrow

Harry and Meghan's first son - Archie Harrison - was born last Monday. The couple have still not told the world where he was born and broke from tradition by not posing on the hospital steps.

They official introduced him to the world at a media call on Wednesday, and said they were loving being parents.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are yet to meet Baby Archie, but an expert has claimed this is due to happen tomorrow.

Prince Charles and Camilla are expected to pop in to Frogmore Cottage later in the week.
