Prince Harry teased with jokey remark by Princess Diana's sister, lip reader claims

Princess Diana's sister teased Harry with a jokey comment at Kensington Palace, a lip reader has claimed.

Lady Sarah McCorquodale was spotted by a lip reader whispering something to Harry at the unveiling of Princess Diana's statue on Thursday.

Princes William and Harry and other members of the royal family met at Kensington Palace to unveil the statue on what would have been Diana's 60th birthday.

Lady Sarah, 66, her younger sister, Lady Fellowes, 64, and brother Charles Earl Spencer, 57, attended the unveiling along with their nephews.

A video shows Lady Sarah and Prince Harry kissing each other on both cheeks in greeting before the late Princess' sister whispered something to Harry, reports the Daily Star.

Jeremy Freeman, who is a certified lip reader, claimed to the Daily Star Lady Sarah asked Harry "is this how you kiss?" after their greeting.

Harry then pretended to kiss her twice more to show how he usually kisses.

Lady Sarah replied with an "oh" as she grinned widely.

The unveiling saw Princes William and Harry greet Pip Morrison, the landscape gardener, and Ian Rank-Broadley, the sculptor.

Then the bronze statue was unveiled, showing Princess Diana along with three children.

William removed the green tarp covering the statue, and a body language expert has shared how he gave a warning to his brother just before doing so, marking a "poignant moment" for them and their family.

Body language expert Judi James shares how the brothers showed traits of their childhood love for each other, working together to reveal their mother's statue, standing in one of her favourite places in Kensington Palace.

Kensington Palace shares how the statue symbolises Princess Diana's "warmth, elegance and energy".

The children reflect the "universality and generational impact of the princess's work".
