Prince Harry shows off his ballet skills as he joins class - and Charlotte would be proud

Prince Harry showed off his ballet skills during a visit to west London today - and we're sure his niece Princess Charlotte would be very impressed.

The Duke - who will become a dad later this month - spend the afternoon at the YMCA in South Ealing to learn about their work on mental health and see how they are providing support to young people in the area.

During his visit Harry joined a roundtable discussion organised by his 'Heads Together' campaign during which organisations who work directly with young people discussed the support for mental health problems.

But as well as the important discussions, the dad-to-be got to have a bit of a giggle as he joined a ballet class.

He tried out the 'balance challenge' where the little dancers have to balance a plastic disk on their head and stand on one leg with their arms out straight without falling over.

Despite a few wobbles at the start, Harry managed to keep his balance.

He also offered some advice to the kids, saying: "Pick a spot and stare at it."

There's a chance he's also offered this advice to his niece Princess Charlotte, who is also "very keen" on ballet.

Her mum the Duchess of Cambridge has said she's taking lessons and really enjoys it.

She has also been to see a few performances with Kate, including a special viewing of the Nutcracker at the Royal Opera House in London just before Christmas.

After watching the children perform a little routine he had a chat with them, asking them how long they were going to do ballet for.

One adorable little girl said she planned on doing it for 100 years, which had the whole room giggling.
