Prince Harry has given a rare insight into his family’s daily routine including baby daughter Lilibet’s naps and spoke about how Archie has already started school.
The private Duke of Sussex held a live stream with tennis star Serena Williams and founder of mental health start up BetterUp, Alexi Robichaux, where they discussed “mental fitness”.
The Prince admitted he has "experienced burnout" and previously felt he was "getting to the very end of everything that I had".
It was while discussing “self care” and “meditating” that Harry opened up about his family’s routine and how he found time for himself.
Harry told how his older child Archie, just two, has already started school and he would grab “half an hour or 45 minutes” for himself when his daughter Lilibet is “napping”.

He said: "Even if you do have 15 minutes slate of white space, I now put in about half an hour or 45 minutes in the morning when I'm like 'okay, one of the kids has gone to school, the other one is taking a nap' there's a break in our programme."
Archie, who will be three in May, was born in the UK before moving to the US with the family in 2020 and Lilibet has only known life in California where she was born in June last year.
The Mirror previously reported how Harry and Meghan’s first child has started nursery at a school that teaches things such as “emotional literacy”, mindfulness and how to be kind and look after the environment.
Meghan was spotted driving Archie to school, then carrying his green backpack and a space-themed lunchbox.
Harry told the live webinar how he uses his free time to better himself, revealing: "It's either for workouts, taking the dog for a walk, get out into nature, maybe meditate."
Discussing his mental health routine, Harry said: "I know that I need to meditate every single day.
"Once you have to show up for other people, the self-care is the first thing to drop away."
He said that he uses his free time “either for workouts, taking the dog for a walk, get out into nature, maybe meditate.”

During the conversation, Serena Williams also revealed her close relationship with Harry and how the royal is "always solving all my life's problems."
The 23-time Grand Slam champion, 40, said the pair talked for "hours" and he was a "coach" to her.
The Better Up platform, which matches clients with "coaches" who offer guidance for personal development, took on Harry as chief impact officer in March 2021, a year after be stepped down as a working member of the royal family.

The duke admitted he had used the service himself and spoke regularly with his coach.
During a conversation about seeking guidance from others, Harry said: "I think people are going to need to rely on each other and on professional help, but also not just professional help. Also friends, family, maybe complete strangers. Anyone can actually help you in that coaching process."
Williams replied: "Yeah. And I'm glad you said it's not only professional help, Harry, because it could be a friend or it could be someone that has, like, experience or just gives you some good insight and that you can give good feedback on.
"And I know I joke a lot, but Harry's actually one of my coaches. Whenever I see him, he's always solving all my life's problems."
