Prince Harry sends England rugby team personal good luck message ahead of World Cup final clash

Prince Harry has sent a good luck message to the England rugby team ahead of their World Cup final clash with South Africa on Saturday.

The Duke of Sussex is travelling to Japan to watch Eddie Jones’s side at International Stadium Yokohama, where they are favourites to win.

England flanker Sam Underhill said Harry showed the team baby Archie wearing a Red Rose shirt as he sent them a good luck message.

When asked if he had received support from the Royal Family, Underhill said: "Not personally! But as a group we've had a couple of messages from Prince Harry.

"He sent us a nice message of support, which was nice to receive.

"He showed his little lad in an England shirt, so that was a nice touch. I'm still waiting on my personal message!"

Harry's wife Meghan said she and Archie will also be watching the final on Saturday.

She told The Telegraph she will make sure the baby is dressed for the occasion in an England onesie.

The last and only time so far England won the Webb Ellis Cup was in 2003 against Australia.
