Prince Harry sends adorable photo of Archie in England shirt to rugby pals

Prince Harry looks like the proudest dad in the world every time we have seen him with his little boy Archie.

So it's hardly surprising that like most parents he's excited to show off his gorgeous son whenever he can, and he couldn't resist sharing a photo of him dressed up in his little England shirt.

Ahead of the Rugby World Cup Final on Saturday, which saw England miss out on lifting the trophy to South Africa, the Duke sent a number of good luck messages to the team.

Asked about the support from the Royals, Sam Underhill said: "Not personally, but as a group we've had a couple of messages from Prince Harry . He sent us a nice message.

"Showed his little lad in an England shirt, so that was a nice touch."

He then jokes: "I'm still waiting on my personal message."

How cute!

Harry travelled to Japan to watch the game, but Archie stayed at home with mum Meghan Markle .

After their semi-final win against New Zealand, Harry took to Instagram to congratulate England on their impressive victory.

He added a brief personal message saying: “Wow, what a game of rugby! Another fantastic performance from our boys. Well done lads!

“You are making us all incredibly proud back home - bring on next week!”

And before the tournament in Japan, Harry, with baby Archie, posted an uplifting message to the England players.

"Alright lads, just wanted to wish you the best of luck for the World Cup.

"When I saw you at Pennyhill Park you were all so in sync and this is certainly the best-prepared team we’ve had for many years thanks to the time that you’ve spent together.

“I hope Eddie is fitting in well. Hope the humidity is not too bad, but you’ve got the whole country behind you, everyone is so pumped for this. It is definitely our year.”

“Make sure you bring it home. Most importantly, have fun, and also, Archie loves the shirt, so thank you, cheers!”

Ahead of the final Harry also had the job of delivering a personal good luck message from the Queen.

It read: "Your performances during the tournament have delighted supporters, and inspired many people throughout the country.

"I send my congratulations on reaching the 2019 Rugby World Cup Final, together with my very best wishes for a memorable and successful match."
