Prince Harry's adorable comment after seeing Diana statue for first time, lip reader claims

A lip reader has shared what he thinks Prince Harry said when he saw the statue of his late mum Princess Diana for the first time.

The Duke of Sussex's reaction to the unveiling of the memorial on Thursday afternoon was caught on camera as was the majority of the event, Daily Star reports.

He was pictured with his brother Prince William laughing and joking with guests at the close-knit affair in Kensington Palace's Sunken Garden.

The pair put on a united front to reveal the bronze statue of their beloved mum Diana, which was created by sculptor Ian Rank-Broadley.

Professional lip reader Jeremy Freeman has now weighed in on what he thinks Harry's first impression was upon seeing the memorial.

And he was also able to discern what the Duke of Cambridge's response to the remark was as the pair lifted the covering off the statue.

According to Freeman, as they stepped back and look up at their mother's face, Harry said: "Wow! Isn't that amazing."

William turned to him and added: "What a reveal. Okay. Okay."

"Amazing," Harry repeats.

The brothers were also spotted on camera sharing a brief conservation when they entered the garden, which was filled with 4,000 flowers including Lady Di's favourite forget-me-nots.

Harry smiled and responded: "This is spectacular."

Landscape gardeners redesigned the space and transformed it into a "calmer and more reflective setting" for the permanent feature.

Expert Pip Morrison described it as a “very special project” to work on and said it featured many of the princess’s favourite blooms.

It includes a variety of pastel shades flowers such as 200 roses, of five varieties including Ballerina and Blush Noisette, 300 tulips, of three varieties including White Triumphator and China Pink, some 500 lavender plants, more than 100 dahlias and 50 sweet peas.
