Prince Harry is being criticized for refusing to take responsibility for certain decisions regarding his security and royal exit, with one expert labeling him “stubborn” and “incapable of taking blame.”

In a recent interview with the BBC, the Duke of Sussex addressed the aftermath of his failed appeal at the High Court, where he sought to reinstate taxpayer-funded security after stepping back from royal duties in 2020. Prince Harry emphasized that his decision to step down from the Royal Family was not his fault, shifting the blame elsewhere.

Royal expert Ingrid Seward commented on Harry’s remarks, speaking to The Sun about his perceived defensiveness. “Determined to say it’s not his fault that he wants full-time top-notch security, and it’s not his fault that he’s had it taken away,” Seward observed. “Harry is incapable of taking any blame, and he seemed very contradictory and very stubborn.”

Seward went on to describe Harry’s behavior as repetitive and tiring. “He said himself that he is stubborn, but he really is. He just keeps on and on and on, and I think people get very tired of that,” she added.

The comments from Seward highlight the ongoing tension surrounding the Duke’s relationship with the public and his actions since stepping away from royal duties. His insistence that the loss of security was not his responsibility has sparked ongoing debate, with critics arguing that his continued deflection of blame could further strain his public image.

Despite his efforts to defend his position, Harry’s stance on various issues, including his security arrangements and his departure from the Royal Family, continues to attract significant media attention. His appearance on the BBC has only added fuel to the fire, with many questioning the sincerity of his claims and the impact of his stubbornness on his public persona.
