Prince Harry reportedly had a brief romance with a model AFTER he had already met his future wife.
The Duke of Sussex is thought to have "bombarded" the Burberry model with texts after a "fling" - but wouldn't commit - despite already seeing Meghan Markle .
The shocking claims are being made by Royal biographer Angela Levin in her new book, Harry: Conversations with the Prince, in which she says the pair met up at a private party, as the Express reports.
The writer said that he apparently went on dates with model Sarah Ann Jacklin during "the very early stages of his relationship with Meghan".
She added: “They met at a private party, he took her number and bombarded her with texts.
“But it turned out to be just a fling.
“A friend said: ‘They got on but are quite different. She is very clean-living and barely drinks, and in that respect they were on a different wavelength. Harry was a bit noncommittal.’
“There has been some confusion too about whether or not Meghan had at the time broken up with her boyfriend of two years, celebrity chef Cory Vitiello.”
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were introduced by a mutual friend who set up a blind date between them.
The pair had about six months of privacy until their relationship became public.
Meghan would stay in Kensington Palace when she visited Harry as the couple wouldn’t go two weeks without seeing each other.
After getting married in May 2018, Meghan and Harry have welcomed their son Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor in May 2019.
