Prince Harry has revealed how he "felt sick" following a tense chat with his brother Prince William the night before he married Meghan Markle.
In his memoir Spare, Harry recalls having drinks with friends at Coworth Park Hotel, where he stayed the night before his big day at Windsor Castle.
He claimed William, who had just become a dad for the third time, had been due to join them but he cancelled at the "last minute" citing "Kate and the kids".
He then goes on to say that he reminded William that it was their tradition as the night before the now Prince of Wales's wedding, the pair had dinner together before going to greet the crowds.
Harry claims William said: "Why are you even saying hello to the crowds, Harold?"
To which Harry writes in the book: "I felt sick about it."
However, Harry did concede that William eventually changed his mind about greeting the crowds and did agree to join his brother, as the Duke of Sussex wondered: "Maybe Granny intervened".
Harry says he pressed William about having dinner together and staying the night - and eventually, he relented and agreed to have dinner, but wouldn't be staying over telling his brother "Sorry, Harold. Can't. Kids."
Since the memoir was released last week, it has been claimed that neither William nor King Charles has been in contact with Harry.
Elsewhere in the explosive book, the Duke of Sussex claims that William physically attacked him and that the King put his own interests above Harry’s and was jealous of Meghan Markle.
The memoir also sees Harry expressing his frustration at being the “spare to the heir”, his lonely life before meeting Meghan and the breakdown of his family relationships.
But despite claiming in interviews to promote the book he would like to be reconciled with his royal relatives, a source to The Sun : "There has been no conversations or contact."
This leaves it unclear if Harry and Meghan will be invited to attend the King's coronation, due to take place on May 6.
It also comes just days after another bombshell interview where Harry said he had enough material for two books, but he held back because he does not think his father and brother would “ever forgive” him.
In an interview with Bryony Gordon of The Daily Telegraph, Harry said: “It could have been two books, put it that way.”
Harry also revealed that he worries about his brother’s children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
He added: "And though William and I have talked about it once or twice, and he has made it very clear to me that his kids are not my responsibility, I still feel a responsibility knowing that out of those three children, at least one will end up like me, the spare. And that hurts, that worries me."
The interview in the Telegraph is one of a string which Harry has taken part in around the publication of his book.
The controversial memoir became the fastest-selling non-fiction book ever when his tell-all tale lambasting the royal family was finally published this week.
