Prince Harry 'banished' loyal childhood pal after he told him not to marry Meghan Markle

Prince Harry 'banished' one of his oldest and most trusted friends after he advised him not to marry Meghan Markle , a new report claims.

The dad-to-be has been pals with Tom 'Skippy' Inskip since they were kids after meeting at Eton.

He’s been described as the Prince's wingman – and was in Las Vegas for the prince's infamously wild weekend back in 2012.

But according to a report in Tatler magazine management consultant Skippy has been cut from the royal couple's inner circle after advising Harry against marrying Meghan Markle.

There have previously been reports he had moved away from his old group of friends to avoid "temptation", but the new piece claims this is not the case.

It states: "Hang out with the Clooney/Beckham/Soho House set and be assailed for being too Hollywood, for forcing your hen-pecked husband to abandon his old, country-set muckers – including Tom "Skippy" Inskip, the ultra-loyal, tight-lipped Harry pal, who, it's said, advised Harry not to marry Meghan and has paid the price: banishment."

Harry was Tom's usher as his wedding back 2017, and Meghan was on his arm for celebration in Jamaica .

The report also claimed Meghan has been labelled Me-Gain by staff at Kensington Palace, including some members of her own team.

A spokesperson for the palace declined to comment on the nickname allegations.

Meghan and Harry are due to welcome their first child in the next few weeks.

It's a busy time for the couple, as they are also preparing to leave London and move into their new home Frogmore Cottage in Windsor.
