Prince Harry back in US with Meghan while Queen has low-key 95th birthday

Prince Harry is understood to be back at his home in the US, days after the funeral of his grandfather Prince Philip - and while the Queen has a low-key 95th birthday.

The Duke of Sussex has reportedly been seen arriving back at his home in Montecitois, California, to be by the side of his pregnant wife.

He is believed to have flown into Los Angeles on an American Airlines flight and to now be observing a period of isolation, said The Mirror.

Meanwhile, his father the Prince of Wales has retreated to his home in the Welsh countryside as he continues to mourn his father, the Duke of Edinburgh, Wales Online reports.

Members of the monarchy have been supporting the Queen - whose 95th birthday is today - and she is expected to have a few visitors to mark the milestone at Windsor Castle.

Princess Anne is expected to be one of them - but it is not yet known if the Queen will get to meet her two new great-grandchildren August and Lucas,

The Duke of Edinburgh's funeral showed how keen the monarch was to follow coronavirus rules, which means she cannot meet anybody outside her own bubble indoors.

However, the Queen can meet a group of six friends and family from any number of households in the grounds of Windsor Castle where she has remained for most of the past 13 months. Princess Anne, 70, and Zara Tindall, 38, could visit the Queen and bring Queen's great-grandchildren, Lena and Mia and Lucas, reports Bristol Live.

The Mirror also reports that Prince Andrew, granddaughter Eugenie and her newborn son August have already arranged a birthday walk with the Queen and her two new corgi pups.
