Good Morning Britain guest and broadcaster Iain Dale said Prince Harry's latest appearance on American TV could "raise eyebrows", as he discussed the royal's revelation about "stepping back" from the spotlight in the UK.
Harry opened up about his move to the US with wife Meghan Markle and their young son Archie last year, saying he "needed to get his family out of there".
Speaking on The Late Late Show, he told the host: "It was never walking away. It was stepping back rather than stepping down.
"It was a really difficult environment, as I think a lot of people saw. We all know what the British press can be like.
"It was destroying my mental health. I was like, this is toxic.

"So I did what any husband and any father would do, I need to get my family out of here. But we never walked away.
"As far as I'm concerned, whatever decisions are made on that side, I will never walk away.
"I will always be contributing. But my life is service, so wherever I am in the world it's always going to be the same thing."

Harry and Meghan's tell-all interview with US host Oprah Winfrey is also set to air in America next week, and later in the UK.
But broadcaster Iain said on GMB that he disagreed with Harry's claim, suggesting he did "walk away".
Not only that, but he predicted there would be "raised eyebrows" at the fact he and Meghan are doing two huge interviews, despite seemingly wanting a more private life.

He told hosts Kate Garraway and Ben Shephard: "They did walk away, there is no getting away from it, they walked away from their duties in this country.
"I think he could have said, 'well I may have walked away from the duties, I haven't walked away from my family. They are still my family'.
"If you are trying to say I've walked away to get a private life, and then you do interviews with James Corden and Oprah Winfrey within a few days of each other, or they are gonna be broadcast within a few days of each other, I think people will raise an eyebrow at that."
Good Morning Britain airs weekdays at 6am on ITV.
