Exactly two years ago today, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle officially quit their royal roles.
Despite announcing in January 2020 that they would be stepping down as senior working royals, they continued to officially represent the Queen until March 31, 2020.
In that interim period, they carried out royal engagements that had already been arranged.
Their final royal outing together was at the 2020 Commonwealth Day service on March 9, 2020, where they joined the Queen and other members of the Royal Family.
And according to Hello! royal correspondent Danielle Stacey, there was a reason why their working royal status did not end until three weeks after their final engagement - and it's down to the end of the financial year.

The publication reports that the Royal Household marks the end of its financial year on March 31 - and as Harry and Meghan had said they wanted to be financially independent, that's why the date was chosen.
Since leaving the UK to carve out a new life for themselves and their children Archie and Lilibet in California, Harry has only returned to the UK twice.
Meghan has not returned and neither has Archie. Lilibet was born in the US and has not yet been to Britain.

This meant that earlier this week, Harry missed a memorial service for his grandfather Prince Philip at Westminster Abbey.
The couple also opted against releasing a statement or a tribute to Harry's grandfather to mark the day.
It came amid a row over their security in the UK, as Harry has said it isn't safe for him to bring his family here.
And royal expert Ingrid Seward, author of Prince Philip Revealed, tells The Mirror she believes their silence speaks volumes.
She said: "The wall of silence was as loud as if they had shouted from the abbey rafters. The normally verbose Duke and Duchess of Sussex said nothing.
"No spokesperson spewed out long sentences of undecipherable wordage. There were no flowers with the florists name proudly displayed.
"No comments from Archwell. Nothing. Not even a word from their supporters on various social media accounts."
