The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have shared an inspiring quote about courage after opening up about their struggles in a recent documentary.
Prince Harry and Meghan posted the lines from shark attack survivor and surfer Bethany Hamilton on Monday evening.
The message read: "Courage doesn't mean you don't get afraid.
"Courage means you don't let fear stop you."
The royal couple posted the message on their official Instagram page with the caption: "An inspiring quote to begin the week!"
In Harry & Meghan: An African Journey, Meghan revealed that she was finding her new role “a struggle”.
She also said she felt "vulnerable" during her pregnancy.
Harry said that he felt significant pressure being a member of the royal family in the spotlight, and was particularly stressed by the memories of his mother's relationship with the press.
