The iconic singer Prince has died age 57.
In a statement, his publicist said: "It is with profound sadness that I am confirming that the legendary, iconic performer, Prince Rogers Nelson, has died at his Paisley Park residence this morning at the age of 57.

"There are no further details as to the cause of death at this time."
Regarded as a pop icon ever since his career took off in the late 1970s, he drew influences from pop, R&B, soul, disco and jazz cementing himself as one of the most unique, performers of the last four decades.
As expected, tributes have already started pouring in from entertainers and fans.
Chic frontman Nile Rodgers led them, said he will never forget his "brother".
