Prince Charles is reportedly "still fuming" after Harry and Meghan's bombshell Oprah Winfrey interview from March.
US Weekly royal correspondent and podcast host Christina Garibaldi says the Prince of Wales is still angry at claims made in the tell-all interview.
The Duke of Sussex returned to the UK to attend his grandfather Prince Philip's funeral and memorial ceremony.
It had been reported that they spoke afterwards, however this hasn't been officially confirmed.
And the US Weekly reporter now says sources tell her relations are still strained.
She said: "Prince Harry and Prince Charles did not resolve their differences when Harry returned to the UK.
"They barely communicated.
"Charles is still fuming about Harry throwing shade at him and the Royal Family in the big interview and won't let it drop."
As reported by the Daily Express, Ms Garibaldi believes Charles' version of the monarchy could exclude Harry and Meghan.
She added:"After the damage Harry has caused the family he firmly believes that his son doesn't deserve the privilege of being a royal."
Harry and Meghan made several bombshell allegation against the royal family, including a claim of racism from an unnamed family member over their first child.
A statement released by Buckingham Palace in the days after said any problems would be addressed "privately".
Prince William then told reporters at an event the royal family was "very much not racist".
