The Prince of Wales' former valet has quit as chief executive of one of Charles' charities amid an alleged cash for honours scandal.
Michael Fawcett and his party planning company Premier Mode will also no longer be providing services to Clarence House, a spokesperson for the prince said.
Mr Fawcett had temporarily stepped down as chief executive of The Prince’s Foundation in September.
A spokesperson for the charity confirmed last night that Mr Fawcett has since resigned from his post with Charles' charity.
A spokesperson from the foundation said: “Michael Fawcett has resigned from his post as CEO of The Prince’s Foundation.”

A Clarence House spokesperson said it was ending arrangements with Mr Fawcett and his party planning company Premier Mode.
Friends were quoted last night as saying Mr Fawcett was ‘heartbroken’.
It follows reports that he allegedly helped to arrange a CBE for Saudi businessman Mahfouz Marie Mubarak bin Mahfouz.
Leaked emails suggested Mr Mahfouz, 51, was ‘promised’ an honour after he donated £1.5 million to restoration projects.
Mr Mahfouz has denied any wrongdoing.
Mr Fawcett previously said he would temporarily step down from his post before the matter was probed.
A Clarence House spokesman told the Mirror: “Michael Fawcett and Premier Mode will not be providing services to us in the future.
"We have all agreed to end these arrangements”.
A spokesman for the Prince’s Foundation said: “Michael Fawcett has resigned from his post as CEO of The Prince’s Foundation.”
Prince Charles did not know about the alleged scandal, it emerged in September.
A spokesman for the Prince said at the time: “The Prince of Wales has no knowledge of the alleged offer of honours or British Citizenship in the basis of donation to his charities."
