Prime Video top 10 shows — here’s the 3 worth binge-watching this week (Jan. 28 - Feb. 1)

It feels like the year is flying by and January is dragging at the same time, but by the end of this week, we’ll already be in February. With the weeks blurring together, choosing what to watch can feel like more effort than it should. Streaming services are rolling out new releases at a relentless pace, which means great shows often get buried just as quickly as they arrive.

Prime Video’s top 10 offers a snapshot of what everyone’s clicking on, but popularity doesn’t always equal quality. With titles constantly rotating in and out of the rankings, it can be hard to tell which ones are actually worth starting. To make things easier, we’ve taken a closer look at Prime Video’s current lineup and narrowed it down to three shows that deserve your time right now: Sophie Turner’s new crime thriller, a new episode of the hit video game adaptation “Fallout,” and more of Tom Hiddleston’s espionage thriller.

This list is based on the Prime Video top 10 U.S shows as of Wednesday, January 28, 2026.

Best shows in the Prime Video top 10

‘Steal’

Prime Video is quickly shaping up to be a must-watch destination for Sophie Turner fans. Hot on the heels of our first glimpse at the “Game of Thrones” alum suited up as Lara Croft for the streamer’s upcoming “Tomb Raider” series, she’s now front and centre in a new British crime thriller, “Steal.” From its very first episode, the show delivers a sharp, tightly crafted opener that makes an immediate impact, and it wouldn’t be surprising to see it climb to the No. 1 spot in the days ahead.

“Steal” follows Zara (Turner), an everyday office worker at Lochmill Capital, whose regular workday is shattered when a violent gang storms her pension-fund investment firm and takes employees hostage. Under duress, Zara and her colleague Luke (Archie Madekwe) are forced to carry out the intruders’ demands, involving complex financial transactions worth billions. As DCI Rhys (Jacob Fortune-Lloyd) and his team race against time, the heist grows more dangerous and trust between the captives starts to waver.

‘Fallout’

It used to be Wasteland Wednesday here at Tom’s Guide, but in a surprise twist, Prime Video has shaken up the schedule for the final two episodes of “Fallout” season 2 due to overwhelming fan demand and interest. Both episodes now land on Twisted Tuesday! Episode 7 is already streaming thanks to the new release schedule, and the finale drops next week on February 3, meaning you get to experience this season's ending a bit earlier than expected. With the story heating up and viewers clamoring for more, it’s a thrilling time to be a “Fallout” fan.

“Fallout” season 2 picks up just after the dramatic finale of season 1, following Lucy (Ella Purnell) and The Ghoul (Walton Goggins) as they chase Lucy’s father, Hank (Kyle MacLachlan), across the post-apocalyptic Mojave toward the famed city of New Vegas. In this irradiated wasteland, the duo encounters escalating dangers and unexpected obstacles. Meanwhile, Maximus (Aaron Moten) works his way up within the Brotherhood of Steel, navigating his role amid growing tensions. The characters are soon drawn into ever more dangerous encounters across the wasteland.

‘The Night Manager’

“The Night Manager” first debuted in 2016 to widespread critical acclaim, earning multiple Emmy and Golden Globe wins and nominations, and quickly building a devoted global following. That fan enthusiasm has continued over the years, and since the release of season 2 earlier this month, the show has consistently hovered in Prime Video’s top 10. With interest high from both long-time viewers and new audiences, the streamer has delivered a second season that lives up to the series’ reputation for stylish, high‑stakes espionage, and it’s definitely worth tuning into this week.

Season 2 returns nearly a decade after the first, with Tom Hiddleston back as Jonathan Pine, now living under the alias Alex Goodwin and working in a quiet MI6 surveillance unit in London. A chance sighting of a former mercenary drags him out of routine and into a dangerous mission against Colombian businessman Teddy Dos Santos (Diego Calva). With help from Roxana Bolaños (Camila Morrone), Pine infiltrates Dos Santos’s arms operation in Colombia, where he encounters intense conflicts and a sprawling plot tied to illegal weapons and guerrilla training.
