Nightwear has traditionally been a source of comfort that has little to do with fashion and more to do with just having a good night’s sleep.
However, popular budget retailer Primark has released a new set of velour pyjamas that aim to get you cosy in the sheets in style.
Primark announced the new drop on its Instagram page with a picture of dark-coloured velour set with gold flowery embroidery.

The photo’s caption simply stated: “Feelin’ fancy in this velour PJ set.”
The set includes a dressing robe, top and bottoms and prices are from £8.
Since the PJ set debuted on Instagram this morning (Tuesday), fans have been commenting non-stop and the post had already garnered more than 10,000 likes within three hours.
One user excitedly shared their view on the post’s comments section: “Looks like a PJ made for royalty [crown emoji].”
Another commenter jokingly added: “My outfit for the weekend be wearing that out.”
A third showed their love for the set by writing: “I need these in my life [love struck emoji]”.
Meanwhile, other shoppers had slight reservations about the practicality of the pyjama set, despite agreeing that they looked "gorgeous".
One questioned: “Doesn’t this create static in bed?”
Another chimed in: “This is gorgeous but I bet the straps on the vest top are not adjustable.”
