Primark shoppers work out ingenious way to buy fresh items online in lockdown

Primark shoppers have worked out a way to get their hands on fresh items while we're still in lockdown.

The retailer, along with other businesses that sell clothes and accessories, is deemed as a non-essential store and has been closed since the new lockdown came into place on January 5.

Primark stores across the country, including in Bristol, are set to be closed until restrictions are lifted leaving customers extremely in need of a 'Primani' fix as reported by Liverpool Echo.

Some shoppers have even pleaded with Primark to open an online shop so they can still enjoy the latest fashion, homeware and beauty essentials whilst stuck at home.

But in the meantime, they've discovered another way shoppers can get their hands on new Primark goods.

A Facebook group called Primark Buy and Sell currently has nearly 8,000 members all sharing their unwanted Primark purchases.

Obviously, when buying online you have to be careful but the group has strict rules to protect its members with instant bans for people who are abusing the group.

The group has lots of clothes up for sale, many of which are described as brand new, unworn and still have the original tags on them.

From sweatshirts, handbags, skirts, coats, dresses, and even shoes and beauty items, there are plenty of items to browse to your heart's content.
