Primark shoppers impressed by North Face jacket dupe that's 'so cosy' and £280 cheaper

Primark shoppers have fallen in love with a coat that keeps them warm and cosy in the winter weather - and looks like a much pricier brand.

The high street giant is selling an insulated jacket made of a warm fleece material with waterproof shoulders and a zip-away hood, and costs just £38. It bears a striking resemblance to the Men's High Pile Nuptse Jacket from The North Face, which comes with a much heftier price tag of £320.

TikTok user @jesschamilton found the jacket in her local Primark and was quick to share it with her followers. "Run to Primark and track down this amazing North Face jacket dupe," she urged. "So cosy!"

The North Face High Pile Nuptse Jacket will set you back £320 (The North Face)

Fellow Primark fans were impressed by the find, with the video racking up more than 70,000 views. "On my way to Primark," one shopper commented, while another said: "I love it!"

Primark is known for its budget dupes of designer garments, and the winter jacket isn't the only lookalike that shoppers have spotted in stores recently. Another TikTok user pointed out that the retailer is selling a bag for just £7 that looks very similar to Prada's £2,500 Cleo bag. You can buy it here.

Meanwhile, Primark was also found to have a warm hooded blanket on the shelves that doubled up as a dupe for the Oodie. While a wearable blanket from the Australian brand will set you back anywhere from £80 to £100, Primark's 'Snuddie' costs just £16.
