It comes after Tory MPs voted against a motion to provide free school meals over school holidays for children until Easter 2021.

A photo of the Scottish van, which is said to be parked on a street in Broughty Ferry, Dundee, has been widely shared on social media.

Those who have spotted the van have reported seeing it parked in the area for several months in protest of the UK Government.

Instagram users commented on the photo posted by Primal Scream, with one writing: "This is why  I love Scotland."

Another Scottish user wrote: "I drove past this van today! Yes bawbag!"

One commented: "That’s at the bottom of my dad’s street in Dundee! I love it!!"

Another said: "Pass this at least once a week. Always makes me smile."

Meanwhile one person said of the owner of the van: "He updates it to reflect whats going on with the Tories. But he always has Bawbag Boris."

It comes after MPs sparked outraged by voting against Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford's campaign to provide free school meals to pupils during the holidays.

While the vote by MPs only applies to England and Wales, many Scottish politicians criticised the move.

It prompted the Scottish Government to announced £10million of funding to provide free school meals during the holidays.
