Former Tottenham youngster Noni Madueke has been valued at approximately £20million amid considerable transfer interest this summer.
The 19-year-old departed north London in 2018 following four years in the Spurs academy, joining Dutch giants PSV on a free transfer.
He has honed his craft in the Eredivisie and enjoyed an outstanding breakout campaign last season, notching eight goals and providing eight assists in all competitions.
Madueke has also started the new season in the best way having teed up Eran Zahavi during a 5-1 win against Turkish giants Galatasaray in Champions League qualifying.
That has reportedly seen interest gather in the youngster with Spurs’ Premier League rivals Leicester City and Crystal Palace thought to be eyeing a summer swoop.
However, a move for the winger is not thought to be a cheap one. The Sun are reporting that PSV are not inclined to sell Madueke in the current window and have valued him at approximately £20m - a price that is thought too high for both Leicester and Palace at the current time.
He still has three years left on his current contract at the Philips Stadium having only penned fresh terms with the Dutch outfit in March 2020.
Madueke has previously admitted that his excellent form for PSV throughout the 2020/21 campaign justified his decision to look for pastures new away from Spurs.
Talking to the Sunday Mirror in January, he said: "It is fantastic. I am so proud of my stats. I will be 19 in March and I have been playing so many games.
"Also, so many of my appearances have been at a high level, like European games and the big matches in the Dutch league. You only have to compare the games I have played to the games my England team-mates have played for their clubs.
"I was right behind my decision to leave Tottenham at the time and to join a top side in Holland, and my stats are an even bigger confirmation of my good choice."
