Price comparison site shows cheapest place to buy weekly shop at Aldi, Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury's and more

A new website that lets you compare supermarket prices against discount chains has been launched to help people save on their shopping.

As well as both branded and own-brand products from the Big Four supermarkets - Tesco, Asda, Morrisons and Sainsbury’s - it also has items listed from Aldi, B&M and Home Bargains.

This means shoppers can compare prices across all of their go-to stores to see where each and every product is cheapest.

Trolley.co.uk claims to have 130,000 products and 7,000 brands listed on its website, reports the Mirror .

Also featured on the site are retailers such as Ocado, The Co-op, Superdrug, Wilko and Boots. Supermarket’s own brand products are also available.

The search function is free to use and involves simply typing in the product you want to purchase.

For example, if you were to search for “Walkers crisps” the website will bring up a whole choice of different flavours and pack sizes - pick the one you want, and you’ll then see the prices available.

As well as listing the prices, the website also has links so you can purchase the cheapest product directly from the retailer’s website.
